1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent the effective use of the app.
- Unused Subscription: For annual and quarterly plans, pro-rated refunds are available for the unused portion of the subscription.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include Information: Provide your name, the email used for purchase, a detailed issue description, and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).
- Submit Within Time Frame: Ensure your request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
3. Time Frame
- Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 10-15 business days upon approval.
- Submission Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
4. Refund Method
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Monthly and Weekly Subscriptions: Non-refundable after 7 days for Weekly and 30 days for Monthly.
- Promotional Items: Free items or services received as part of a promotion.
6. Weekly Subscription Policy
- Trial Period: Cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
- Cancellation: Weekly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not available for partially used weeks or after the trial.
7. How to Cancel Your Subscription

- The email used for sign-up
- A brief description of your request
We may request additional account details if needed. Note: If you do not wish to continue after the 7-day trial, ensure your cancellation request is submitted within the trial period. Once the trial ends, billing will proceed as per the selected pricing plan on our website.
